Where can I view the results?
The results for the walk/run can be found by visiting the TimingSpot.com results section. The results can be filtered by activity and age group, and you can search for individual finishers.
Run 4 Kids 5K Walk/Run?
Run 4 Kids is a fundraising walk/run supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County that will be held at the park amongst games and activities for the entire family. Interested participants can register as a walker or runner and will create a page to seek support from their friends, family, and coworkers. Our goal is for each participant to create a team of ten people, then for each of those 10 participants to raise $100 each for a team goal of $1000!
What is the registration fee?
Registration for our 5K Walk/Run is $30. It includes chip-timing and a lightweight athletic quarter zip. There is a 50% dicount for students and current Bigs or Littles in our programs. Email [email protected] to obtain your discount.
What is included with my registration?
Registration includes entry into our Run 4 Kids 5K Walk/Run, a lightweight athletic quarter zip, and associated activities. All participants who register will receive a numbered bib with timing chip.
What activities are taking place before/after the race?
Participants and spectators can enjoy snacks we provide while having fun at the park with oversized yard games, a Kids Fun Runs, a split-the-pot raffle and much more!
At the closing cermony, awards will be presented to the fastest finishers in the Child, Teen, and Adult registration categories, as well as to the Largest Team. We will have awards for best costume for adult and child.
How do I register?
Go to the Register button and complete the form. You will be guided through the registration process. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt with a link to your fundraising webpage.
I want to form a Company Team. What do I need to do?
Companies participating in our industry competition can register their team like any other participant. Make the team page your company's page for easy recognition. Once this page is created, individuals can create/register for teams at this company by simply searching for its name on the registration page.
Do I need to personalize my page?
People who edit their page to talk about why they are raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters raise a lot more money. It only takes a few minutes to add a picture and a few words.

How can I see who has donated to me and who has joined my team?
Sign in to your personal page (HQ) to view sponsors and teammates.
Can friends and family make a donation to me by going through the main website?
Yes. On the home page of the website, friends and family can locate you by clicking on the "Donate" button. By typing in your name, they will be directed to your personalized fundraising page.
Can my sponsors pay by cash or check?
Sure! You can enter your donations into your HQ and then mail everything to our office and we'll credit the money to your personal fundraising goal.
Where does the money raised from this event go?
100% of the money raised through Run 4 Kids stays here in our community. We depend on the money raised from this event to carry out the work of carefully matching children with caring adult mentors and providing ongoing support to the child, volunteer mentor and child's family. Why is search not finding a participant that I know has registered?
You must type in the first name or last name of the participant exactly how they entered it when they registered. Try using just the first few letters of someone's name if you're not sure how it's spelled. If you are still having a problem locating a participant that you are sure has registered, please contact us.
How can I see who has donated to me?
Sign in to your HQ. You can then view your donor list and the amounts that have been donated.
All of my donors are not showing up on the scroll mechanism. Why?
Some donors prefer to keep their gifts anonymous. When someone makes a donation, they can choose if they would like to have their name, donation amount, and/or a message appear on your personal page.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Engaging Networks has made every effort to protect your information. They use industry-standard SSL encryption techniques to make sure that your credit card information, passwords, and personal information travel securely over the Internet. There is also an encryption engine on their database server so that your data is securely stored.
What is the long website address in my confirmation receipt?
This website address will take you to your personal donation page. This address link is automatically included in any emails that are sent through the email center in event headquarters after you have logged into the website. You can also copy and paste this link into any other form of email.
